01 - The Ensuite
Before
The impact came from refining the palette, not adding more
Rather than replacing everything, the ensuite was refined through selective upgrades. Refaced cabinetry, retained plumbing fixtures, and a reworked layout allowed the focus to shift to a generous custom tiled shower with a bench, oversized niche, and rainfall shower head.
02 - The Walk In Closet

Before
The walk in closet was designed to work harder without feeling busier. With the shared wall adjusted to allow for a more generous ensuite, it was essential that the closet still felt intuitive and efficient. A custom storage system maximizes vertical space and creates clear zones for hanging, folded items, and accessories, ensuring everything has a place. The result is a closet that feels organized, calm, and surprisingly spacious, proof that thoughtful planning can elevate even the smallest footprint.

04- The Kitchen
With the wall already open, we reinforced the structure to support custom white oak floating shelves strong enough for everyday use. The warm wood adds softness while keeping the kitchen visually light, offering just enough open storage to feel personal without introducing clutter.
A dated stairwell niche became an opportunity to add storage without changing the kitchen’s clean lines. By filling in the niche on the stair side and reclaiming the cavity from the kitchen, we created a concealed cabinet hidden behind custom framed art. Designed and built in house, the piece sits flush and functions seamlessly, turning unused space into a thoughtful, functional detail.

05- The Mud Hall & Laundry Room

When storage is intentional, the home feels effortless.
Across both the coat closet and laundry room, built in solutions were designed to disappear into the architecture while maximizing function. Thoughtful planning, vertical storage, and tailored cabinetry allow these hardworking spaces to support daily routines without visual clutter or added square footage.

06 - The Basement Bath
The basement bathroom was refreshed with a budget conscious approach, keeping the existing flooring and shower while updating the vanity, lighting, and fixtures. A charcoal green grey vanity was selected to pull from the undertones in the existing tile, paired with a complementary quartz countertop for a cohesive, moody feel. Small upgrades, like toe kick lighting, add warmth and function, proving that thoughtful color and lighting choices can completely transform a space.
