What information do I need to provide for our consultation?
Being able to assess the physical space is an asset. As well, any pre-existing plans or property information available is always appreciated, but not required. Any additional details needed will be requested once we have our consultation.
Do you have an in-house design team?
We do! We believe this is one of our greatest value-adds to you as our client, offering a one-stop shop for the entire construction process, saving you time, money and headaches going between separate firms.
How involved will I need to be in the project?
The level of involvement is entirely up to you. We can handle everything from start to finish, or we can work collaboratively with you on every detail.
What methods of billing do you provide?
Our projects are typically structured as flat rate which is established following the Design Phase and prior to the Construction Phase. This allows for the scope to be fleshed out completely and selections made to provide an accurate figure for the project at hand. Should any changes arise before or during the project, a change order will be issued to capture any cost increases associated with the decision. Regularly scheduled payments are laid out at the outset of a project, with change orders billed for as they occur. Our goal is to keep your project on budget without compromising quality.
Can I make changes to the design after construction has started?
While we encourage finalizing designs before construction, we understand changes may be necessary. Our team can often accommodate changes, but note that they may affect the timeline and budget.
Will you meet timelines?
Adhering to timelines is one of the most important aspects of our job. When we estimate a project we always include a timeline that is reasonable and attainable. Any unforeseen delays will be brought to your attention immediately so we are always on the same page.
Are your projects insured and warrantied?
Absolutely. Our projects are fully insured, and we offer warranties on our work to ensure your peace of mind.
How do you manage clean-up during and after construction?
Keeping all our worksites as clean as possible is something we take great pride in. Disposal bins will ensure that all scrap materials and garbage have a place to go—anything that can be recycled will be kept orderly and consistently delivered to a recycling station. All worksites will be left in a tidy manner at the end of each workday. Once a project is done, our cleaning staff will come in and thoroughly clean your new space.
